Preparation

Mac and Cheese

Set up an indirect cooking setup in your Kamado. Light it and set the temperature to 160 degrees.
Once your BBQ is up to temperature, place the skillet inside so it can heat up.

Once the skillet is hot, add the bacon strips. A small bowl is handy for this, so that some oil or fat ends up in the pan. Next, add the cooked pasta, cheese, and rub, and mix everything together.

Then put everything back in the Kamado for just under ten minutes and let the cheese melt and the cream reduce a little.

You can serve it right away. Enjoy your meal!
