Charcoal or briquettes?

For burning the coal barbecue, you first of all have the choice between charcoal and briquettes. Charcoal is pure nature and gives a smoke infusion in addition to heat. It ignites quickly, but also burns up faster than briquettes. These, in turn, give long-lasting, even heat. Smoke infusion is minimal. Charcoal is your go-to for hot & fast sessions and that authentic BBQ flavour.
