This can be done within 14 days!
Please follow the return process below — we’ll handle everything neatly and as quickly as possible:
1. Register your return via [email protected]. Include your order number and the item number(s) you wish to return in the e-mail. We will then send you a return label by email.
2. Carefully pack the items you wish to return. You can use the original packaging. Please include the completed return form. Important! Products must be returned in their original condition. We cannot accept used items.
3.Attach the return label to the package. If you are using the original box, please ensure the old shipping label is covered or the barcode is crossed out. Drop off the parcel at a parcel point near you.
4. Once we have received your parcel, we will process your return and issue a refund using your original payment method.
If you return your order from within the Netherlands, the return shipping cost is €3.99 If you return it from abroad, the cost is €7.99.
